In this short video I answer a question I was asked “Should I do intermittent fasting or not”

The main takeaways from this video are:

Intermittent fasting has many benefits as shown to improve insulin sensitivity, inflammatory markers and for weight loss.

However, it is difficult to follow for many of us.  And if you are doing it, you should be eating clean and not be eating highly processed foods.

This was a question which was asked in the Wellness Membership Program, where I am guiding my clients on how to get healthy step-by-step making sustainable changes to their diet, lifestyle and mindset. 

We are all unique and need to learn what is best for us based on our lifestyle and circumstances.  Dieting is not the solution, instead learning and creating healthier habits are essental.
