My name is Sujata Din, I’m a certified health coach and cancer coach and my goal is to share what I have learnt and what I do with those who are ready to commint and make changes.

 If you want to learn how to eat balanced meals and snacks you are in the right place.  I don’t count calories or ask you to weigh your meals, instead you become an intuitive healthy eater.  I like to make quick and easy meals as do not want to spend hours in the kitchen so I teach you how to prepare nutritious and delicious meals that you want to eat.

If you are looking for a quick fix, like a juice cleanse this is the wrong place as I believe it takes time to make new habits that are sustainable.

I began my healthy journey in 2008 when I was suffering from low immunity and lacked energy.  It was only after training to be a health coach I realised that despite eating clean and exercising I still needed to make some changes to get my health on track.
