What is the Mini Sugar Cleanse Guide

Answers to some questions that you might have:

Will it work for me? I’ve tried many programs how do I know that this will be different?

I know you have doubts whether this will work as you may have tried many programs in the past. What I can tell you is that this program is easy and doable for anybody. However, results depend on many factors including the time and effort you put in and also if you have pre-existing medical conditions.

I already eat clean, will I benefit from this program?

Yes you will. Even when we think we eat clean there are high sugar, salt or fatty foods and drinks making their way into our daily diet. When you do this program you will become more mindful and prevent these from creeping back in.

Will I be deprived or feel hungry on this program?

No, you won’t. During this program you are provided with some breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack recipes, so you always have many options. You will not feel hungry.  Also, you use some of your own recipes.

In fact, for me deprivation is eating foods that contain enormous amounts of chemicals, preservatives, bad fats and sugar, you are eating, but getting little nutrition benefit!

When you fill your diet with junk food you end up eating more of it to feel satisfied. You get cravings for sugar, fatty foods and salt. This is your body telling you that it’s not getting satisfied! However, when you eat clean, as I’ll teach you in this program, your body WILL get the nutrition it craves, so you’ll get fuller faster.  A lot of it has to do with the combination of foods you’re eating too. For example, if you’re not eating healthy fats with your meals you’ll get hungry faster. You need to fill your body with the correct quantity and correct combination of foods for optimal health. Luckily, I make this super simple for you.

Will I experience any unpleasant side effects?

You should not as changes are made slowly but it depends on your current eating habits. If you don’t each too much junk, you’ll have an easier time adjusting to these clean meals. However, if your diet with some unhealthy foods you will make the changes gradually at a pace that suits you, as well as structuring your meals to minimize symptoms.

I have a known medical condition. Is this still safe for me?

While this program is based on eating only whole foods, it is still advised that you consult your doctor before beginning this or any program.

How long do I have access to the program?

You have access as long as this sugar cleanse is offered.  When this program is discontinued you will no longer have access.

Can my family eat recipes from this program?

Yes, the recipes are family friendly but you need to adjust the portions depending on the age and activity levels of your family members.

Can I do the sugar cleanse when traveling?
