What is the Mini Sugar Cleanse Guide
The mini sugar cleanse is an online program that you do at your own pace.
This program is taught through training videos, you are provided with handouts and most importantly a recipe book that contains over 50 recipes. These recipes have been carefully selected to help you overcome your cravings. Recipes suitable for vegetarian and non-vegetarians.
