This week’s recipe is a very simple one and if you buy the granola, do read the labels to check how much sugar it contains.
1/2 cup natural yogurt
1/3 cup granola
2/3 cup berries
Layer half the granola at the bottom of the glass, then spoon half the yogurt over and half the berries on top. Then repeat by layering the remaining granola, yogurt and berries. You can have the yogurt parfait for either breakfast or as a snack. Serves 1.
