Can I still do this is I don't live in the UK?
Yes, you can do this anywhere in the world as I have clients in many different countries. The ingredients are all available in supermarkets or health stores and if there is something that you cannot find send me an email and I will let you know what to substitute it with.
All you need is access to the internet to join the class from where you are in the world.
Can I do this workshop if I have a medical condition?
While this program is based on eating only whole foods, it is still advised that you consult your doctor before beginning this or any program, especially if you have a medical condition or do not feel well.
