Welcome to my Navratri recipe series!

Looking for a healthy, energising snack to enjoy during Navratri or even when you’re not fasting? Try this Navratri-friendly muesli! It’s packed with protein, healthy fats, and fibre to keep you full and energised throughout the day.

Ingredients:
1 apple (grated, with the skin for extra fibre)
3 tbsp mixed seeds (I’m using pumpkin and sunflower)
¾ cup natural yoghurt
2 tbsp chopped nuts (I’m using almonds and cashews)

Grate the apple, keeping the skin on for added fibre.

In a bowl, mix the grated apple with chopped nuts, 2 tbsp of the seeds, and ½ cup of yoghurt.

Divide the mixture into 2 small bowls or jars.

Top each serving with the remaining yoghurt and sprinkle 1 tbsp of seeds on top.

This muesli is delicious and perfectly balanced, making it an ideal snack for Navratri or any time you need a quick, nutritious bite!
