Vegan Chai Latte
3/4 tsp cinnamon powder
1/8 tsp ground cloves
3/4 tsp ground ginger
3/4 tsp brown sugar (or to taste)
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
2 cups almond milk
1 cup low fat coconut milk
Pour the milk into a saucepan and mix in the spices and bring to a boil. Then lower the heat and let it simmer for 3-4 minutes. Pour into 2 mugs and sprinkle some cinnamon powder over.
