Chickpea and walnut salad

3 cups chickpeas
1 red pepper, diced
1 yellow pepper, diced
2 large tomatoes, diced
1 small onion, diced
1 cup chopped fresh herbs
½ cup sliced walnuts

Dressing:
Juice from 1 small lemon
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
Sea salt (not too much)
Black pepper to taste
Green chili (not too much)
3 garlic cloves, chopped finely

Mix the dressing in a small bottle and mix well.

Then in a large bowl combine all salad ingredients and mix in the dressing. Serves 4- 5.
