1 cup yogurt (milk or coconut)
1 cup mango, diced
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup water
Pinch of cardamom
1 date, cut (optional)
Blend all the ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth.
If your mango is very sweet you do not need to add in the date.
You may need to add in more water depending on the consistency of the mango lassi you like. Serves 2.
