When trying to lose weight on your own I understand that it can be difficult, especially as you struggle with consistency and motivation.  And then you may get discouraged when you don’t see results.

Many diets make you do too much too quickly, this becomes overwhelming, draining you both mentally and physically.  I do it gradually, and guide you step by step.

On your own you often waste time and energy, searching different blogs, social media and magazines for weight loss tips.  And then you ‘cherry pick’, choosing what you want to do and not what you need to do.  In my program, you save time and energy as get all thats required in the program, which guides you from start to finish. 

My clients start with clarifying their goals as you should know where you want to get to.  On your own, you may not set clear goals and miss key concepts so keep going around in circles.

Most diets don’t teach what to do after the diet program is over and you regain the weight back very quickly after.  My unique system is all about creating healthy habits, so after you lose weight, you know how maintain it, without the weight piling back up. 

Many programs are just about what to eat and exercise.  My focus is on healthy habits for meals, activity and also for mindset, because it is often your thoughts that hold you back.

Diets require you cut out food groups and this often results in craving them even more. My programs don’t ask you to cut out sugar, grains, fat, etc. and you won’t ever count calories or go to bed hungry.  Instead my clients have delicious healthy balanced meals, can enjoy meals at restaurants and don’t feel deprived.  

With my program you never feel alone or isolated as you can always reach out and am there to support and motivate you.  On your own, you don’t know why you are stuck and not seeing progress and then end up giving up.

Let’s do it differently, so you can develop habits that feel natural and enjoyable, becoming a part of your life, so you stick to them.  Or else, what ends up is if you continue to do it on your own or try another restrictive diet is that it will feel like a chore and you won’t be consistent.
