Coconut Chia Berry Pudding

Bring the beach to you this summer with this delicious coconut based pudding.  It can be made for either breakfast or snack time and as you can see for yourself it is so easy to make.  Eating healthily should not be difficult or time consuming!

1 cup coconut milk

1/4 cup hemp seeds

1/4 cup chia seeds

1 cup strawberries

5 almonds, chopped

In a bowl combine the milk, chia seeds and hemp seeds.  Pour this into two bowls or glasses and refrigerate overnight.

The next morning mash the berries with a fork.  Spoon this over the chia pudding and then layer the almonds over.

It’s normal to crave some sugar, but this becomes a problem if you eat too much of it.  It causes weight gain and that can increase the risk of diseases like heart disease, Type 2 diabetes and even some cancers.

Have you spent weeks or months trying to give up sugar, but just cannot do it on your own?

You feel that you are constantly failing. Now what?

Giving up sugar overnight is hard to do, because you get uncomfortable withdrawal symptoms like headaches and feeling tired. Also, you do not know what you can eat when those cravings arise.

In this training I am sharing practical steps on what you can start immediately.  There are different days/times that you can join it, select which is convenient for you.
