This week’s recipe is a very simple one and a good immune booster. Try this orange and strawberry smoothie made with real whole foods that are not only nutritious but also delicious. This cool refreshing and naturally sweetened smoothie is a good source of vitamin C and antioxidants.
To make this smoothie you need:
1 inch piece of ginger
1 inch piece of turmeric
1/2 cup coconut water
Blend all the ingredients until smooth. Serves 2.
