Chickpea bowl recipe. This is such a simple snack to make, and so very satisfying too when I crave for something savoury and crunchy. I make this when I need a bigger mid afternoon snack to keep me going through till dinner.
I find that vegetables and fruits are the food groups so many of us are not having enough of and by adding them in at snack time we get our portions for the day 🍅🌿
And it is a healthier alternative to having some of the savoury Indian snacks which are fried and high in fat.
