Anita’s taken charge of her health and what a transformation to reverse diabetes and come off metformin. Do make sure you watch her interview.
In August 2023, Anita got in touch with me.
She had tried the Cambridge Diet and cutting out grains in the past before, these did not work for her. She had been diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes and Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), and with a family history of Lynch syndrome, Anita recognised the urgent need for change. This realisation led her to join my wellness program.

In just 8 months this is what Anita’s seen:

✔️ Fitter and Stronger: Anita walks daily (another good habit), plus is going for gym workouts and doing exercises that previously seemed difficult.
✔️ Healthier Family Diet: Improving dietary habits of her entire family has been rewarding. They all enjoy healthier meals together now, which sets a positive example for her children.
✔️ Reduced Cravings: Her cravings, especially for unhealthy foods, have decreased. This change supports her sustainable shift toward healthier eating habits, and in reversing diabetes.
✔️ Affordable: She’s managed to maintain a healthy diet without increasing her household expenses, which proves that eating well doesn’t have to be expensive.
