1 apple, diced
1 pear, diced
1 guava, diced
1 cup papaya, diced
¼ cup pomegranate seeds
1 tbsp peanuts
Dressing:
3 tbsp peanuts (dry roasted)
1 red chili, remove the seeds
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tbsp tamarind paste
2 or 3 tbsp water
Sea salt to taste
To make the dressing, put all ingredients in pestle and mortar and crush until peanuts are broken and mix well.
Put the salad ingredients in a large bowl and refrigerate. Add dressing in before serving. Serves 4-5.
