🌸 Spring is such a beautiful time of the year as it’s getting brighter, fresher and more colourful with the blooming flowers 🌸
In the winter many of us lack energy and are not very active as it is dark and the days are shorter.
Now that we have with the longer and brighter days we are motivated to spend more time outdoors.
Many of us spring clean our homes, putting our winter coats and jackets away and declutter the house.
During this time it’s also important to focus on cleansing the body.
Three simple ways to spring cleanse as I shared in this week’s health tip are to:
- Drink more water
- Be more active
- Eat real whole foods
