It’s Valentines and the time to enjoy chocolate guilt free.
You have to try my healthy chocolate chia pudding recipe and you can add your favourite fruit at the top.
Chocolate Chia Pudding
½ cup milk or dairy free milk
¼ cup coconut milk
1 tbsp cacao powder
1 ½ tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp agave syrup
¼ cup diced avocado
6 raspberries to layer over
½ tsp shredded coconut to sprinkle over
Blend all ingredients except the berries in a high-speed blender until smooth. Scrape down the mixture from the sides of the blender and blend again until you cannot see the whole chia seeds.
Pour into two dessert glasses and let it set overnight in the refrigerator. Layer the berries and shredded coconut over before serving.
Serves 2.
