Meena was previously scared about being diabetic, but now that she’s learnt what to do, she’s confident and knows she’s on the right track having improved not only her blood sugar levels, but also her cholesterol markers.
Meena started her journey with me, driven by her goals to improve her health.
When Meena first joined, she faced a daily struggle with tiredness and low energy, a common challenge for many, but she couldn’t see why this was happening, as she always prioritised eating healthily. The breakthrough came when I identified that despite her healthy choices, Meena’s diet lacked adequate protein.
